We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and that’s why we offer a unique 7-Day and 50 Working Hours return/reject policy on all purchases. Our commitment to your satisfaction begins the moment you receive your equipment. You’ll have a full 7 days and 50 working hours to thoroughly inspect your item and decide if it meets your needs. If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied, simply initiate the return or exchange process before 5 PM PDT on the 7th calendar day after receiving your asset. Initiating a return or exchange is easy – just send us an email, and we’ll take care of the rest. And there’s no need to worry about unexpected accidents or mishaps during this period – everything is fully insured, providing you with peace of mind. For those opting for a buyback, the process is equally straightforward. The vehicle must be available on your property, and we’ll purchase it back from you at 100% of the original purchase price, minus any associated fees or costs. We’re committed to making your heavy equipment purchase experience as stress-free as possible. With our generous return policy, you can shop with confidence, knowing that you’re covered every step of the way.

When considering a return of your heavy-duty equipment, there are certain criteria we must adhere to ensure fairness and quality assurance. Please be aware that we cannot accept returns if the asset:
- Has been subjected to modifications.
- Has been involved in an accident or sustained damage.
- Shows any signs of alteration from its original delivered condition.
- Has been utilized as collateral for a loan, also known as encumbrance.
In the event of a rejection, rest assured that the return delivery will be at no cost to you. Should the asset meet all the specified criteria outlined above, we will gladly accept the return within a 7-day period.
Refunds for approved returns are processed promptly; however, please allow 1 – 3 days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your banking institution.
